McPherson Eye Care, LLP began in 1989 by Tammy Odle Goering, OD and joined by her cousin, Jan Turnbull Hageman, OD in May 1995. Dr. Hageman grew up in Stockton Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University in 1983. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1987.

Dr. Cole, formerly of Great Bend, Kansas attended college at Ft. Hays State and got his doctorate at the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1969. Dr. Cole is married to Beverly, whom he met in kindergarten. They have two adult kids, Eric of Florida and Traci of Kansas City. Through the years, Dr. Cole has been active in many community organizations.
